Are You Ready to Return to Yourself?
Imagine stepping into the warm embrace of the jungle, where Mama Gaia holds you and gently guides you to release what no longer serves. The air is alive, the earth is grounding, and you begin to feel yourself again.
You walk among ancient Mayan temples, standing where history, spirit, and ceremony meet. You step into sacred spaces, into ritual, into deeper connection — not just with the land, but with yourself.
In the jungle, we go deep. Through guided medicine work, intentional ceremony, and grounded support, you are invited to release, to heal, and to step fully into your power.
And then… we transition.
From earth to water.
From holding to surrender.
We arrive at the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, on the beautiful island of Caye Caulker, where the ocean softens everything, the jungle revealed. Here, you integrate. You breathe. You allow yourself to be held in a new way.
Join us on this healing retreat designed to help you reconnect with your inner self, heal past wounds, and awaken your true essence. Through presence, meditation, Daily Seven morning rituals, mirror work, sacred ceremony, and deep connection with Mother Earth, you will find clarity, renewal, and self-love like never before.
You will find sisterhood.
You will find yourself.
Let the jungle and the sea wash away the version of you that no longer serves you.
Let yourself return to who you’ve always been.
Spaces are limited. We are only taking nine women on this journey.
So I’ll ask you…
Do you feel the call?
Do you want to be one of them?
Let’s go, sister.
Book your personalized Caribbean retreat today and begin your transformative journey!
January 2028
Nourishment on this journey is not an afterthought — it is part of the medicine. In the jungle, meals are intentionally prepared by Chef Pamela, where the kitchen becomes a sacred space and each dish is created with presence, grounding, and care. This is where food meets ritual, where you are invited to slow down, receive, and reconnect with your body through nourishment that supports the depth of the work.
As we transition to the island, the experience continues with the beautiful offerings of Chef Carmelita, whose meals carry the warmth, flavor, and soul of the Caribbean. Her cooking brings a sense of comfort, ease, and expansion — supporting the softer, integrating energy of the ocean phase. Together, these two culinary experiences create a seamless journey of nourishment, reminding you that how you feed your body is deeply connected to how you heal, soften, and return to yourself.
Your healing journey begins on the mainland of Belize on our private five-acre jungle estate just outside San Ignacio. This is where we get to unplug. This is where we put our feet on the earth, breathe in the jungle air, listen to the water moving around us, and allow Mama Gaia to start doing what she does. We have our own cabins, gathering spaces, private pool, trails to explore, and a beautiful waterfall right there on the property. There is space to be together, and there is space to wander off, sit with yourself, journal, pray, or simply be.
The jungle is where we go deep. We will step onto ancient Mayan land, visit a Mayan temple, honor the medicine and history that came before us, and allow ourselves to really feel where we are. This is also where we step into our guided medicine journey, sound healing, ceremony, movement, and the deeper self love work. We are looking at what we have been carrying, what patterns are no longer serving us, what we are ready to clear, and what we actually want to take with us into the next chapter of our lives. The jungle gives us a place to ground ourselves enough to do that work.
And then we transition from the jungle to the sea.
We make our way to Caye Caulker, where the entire rhythm changes. If you have ever been to this little island, you know exactly what “Go Slow” means. The Caribbean Sea, the breeze, the bare feet, the golf carts, the beautiful people, and the simplicity of island life have a way of reminding you that you do not have to rush through everything. After everything we uncover in the jungle, the island gives us space to soften, integrate, play, laugh, rest, and release.
This is where our water ceremony comes in. This is where we snorkel and get into the Caribbean Sea. This is where we move our bodies, practice yoga, sit in meditation, talk to the woman in the mirror, gather as women, eat beautiful food, and give ourselves permission to receive. We are not coming to Belize to spend seven days constantly working on ourselves. Healing also happens when we laugh until our stomachs hurt, eat around a table together, float in the sea, take a nap, dance, explore, and remember what it feels like to actually enjoy being in our own lives.
The Daily Seven is woven throughout our time together because this work is about creating practices that can come home with you. We step into prayer and guidance, reading, meditation and sitting with Source, mirror talk, movement and dance, intentional exercise, and gratitude. We are not looking for perfection. We are practicing what it feels like to choose ourselves daily.
Mirror work and our self-love workshops allow us to get really honest about the conversations we have been having with ourselves. The medicine journey gives us another opportunity to go inward, with sound, ceremony, preparation, and integration supporting the experience. Our connection with Mama Gaia continues through the jungle, waterfall, earth, wind, fire, sand, sea, and all of the beautiful creatures we may be blessed enough to encounter along the way. Everything is an invitation. You get to listen to your own body, honor your boundaries, and decide what participation looks like for you.
And, of course, we are going to eat. Nourishment is a huge part of how I hold retreat space. In the jungle, I get to step into the kitchen as Chef Pamela and bring Kitchen as Ceremony into our experience. When we arrive on the island, Chef Carmelita takes over and brings the love, flavors, and beauty of Belize to our table. Selected breakfasts and dinners are included throughout the retreat, while lunches and travel day meals are left open for you to explore, choose what your body wants, and experience Belize for yourself.
Somewhere in all of this, something starts to shift. Maybe it is the way you speak to yourself. Maybe it is the boundary you finally realize you are allowed to have. Maybe it is something you leave in the jungle or release into the Caribbean Sea. Maybe it is simply remembering that you are allowed to slow down, receive, be supported, and take up space.
And somewhere along the way, nine women who arrived with nine completely different stories begin creating something together. There is sisterhood here, but it is not forced. It happens through cooking together, crying together, laughing together, holding space, witnessing one another, dancing, exploring, breaking bread, and showing up exactly as we are.
This is why we are taking 2027 to align. We are not interested in rushing back simply to say we hosted another retreat. We are taking the time to make January 2028 deeper, more intentional, and more aligned with everything this experience has become.
This is more than a retreat. It is a homecoming.
Come put your feet on the earth. Come get in the water. Come sit with yourself. Come laugh with your sisters. Come remember who the fuck you are.
Ground in the jungle. Release in the sea. Return to yourself.
This journey is not built on surface-level experiences.
It is rooted in intentional, daily practices that guide you back into your body, your truth, and your self-love.
Each day is gently structured to support both depth and spaciousness — allowing you to move through healing in a way that is grounded, supported, and real.
At the heart of this retreat is the Daily Seven — a sacred rhythm of self-devotion that anchors each day.
Through intentional practice, you begin to rebuild trust with yourself.
You wake with purpose.
You move your body.
You sit in stillness.
You speak to yourself with truth.
You nourish your mind.
You activate your energy.
You close your day in gratitude.
This is not about perfection.
This is about consistency, presence, and returning to yourself — again and again.
The Daily Seven becomes your foundation, not just during the retreat, but long after you return home.
This is where you meet yourself honestly.
Through guided self-love workshops, mirror work, and intentional reflection, you begin to shift the relationship you have with yourself at its core.
The conversations you’ve been having internally begin to change.
The patterns you’ve been holding begin to soften.
You are invited to release what no longer serves you, while stepping into a deeper sense of worth, clarity, and self-trust.
This work is gentle, but it is real.
There is something deeply healing about being witnessed by other women who are also doing the work.
This space is not about comparison or competition.
It is about presence, honesty, and connection.
Through shared conversations, group workshops, and time spent in intentional community, you experience what it feels like to be seen, supported, and held — without needing to perform.
You are not doing this alone.
Movement becomes medicine.
In the jungle, yoga is grounding.
It connects you to the earth beneath your feet, anchoring your body as you move through deeper emotional work.
On the island, yoga becomes softer.
More fluid.
More expansive.
You move with the rhythm of the ocean, allowing your body to open, release, and integrate everything you have experienced.
This is not about perfect poses.
This is about presence in your body.
In the jungle, we step into a guided ceremonial medicine journey — held with intention, safety, and deep respect.
This is supported by a heart-opening sound bath, where the vibrations of crystal bowls and sacred instruments move through the body, helping to release emotional blockages and regulate the nervous system.
The sound does not just fill the space —
it moves through you.
It softens.
It opens.
It allows what has been held to begin to shift.
This experience is deeply personal, and always an invitation.
You are supported before, during, and after — with integration woven into the journey.
Healing is not just about what you release.
It is about what you choose to carry forward.
Through meditation, reflection, and intentional space, you are given the opportunity to integrate everything that has surfaced — so that when you leave, you are not just changed in the moment but anchored in a new way of being.
This is not about rushing transformation.
This is about allowing it.
Feeling it.
Living it.
Everything within this retreat is intentionally woven together — not randomly placed, not surface-level — but divinely guided and facilitated to support your transformation at the deepest level.
You are not just coming here to relax.
You are coming here to shift.
At the center of this work is Pamela — your guide, your space holder, and your mirror.
As a certified Jay Shetty life coach, Pamela brings a grounded, deeply intuitive approach to mindset work that meets you exactly where you are. Her work is not about fixing you — it is about helping you see clearly, release what is no longer aligned, and return to your own internal source of truth.
Through a blend of coaching, ceremony, and embodied practice, you begin to understand how your thoughts, your patterns, and your inner dialogue have been shaping your reality — and more importantly, how to shift them.
This is where the mind begins to open.
This is where awareness becomes transformation.
You will be guided through practices such as the Daily Seven, prayer, meditation, mirror work, water ceremonies, and goddess ceremonies — all intentionally designed to help you reconnect with yourself in a new way.
The way you speak to yourself begins to soften.
The patterns you’ve been repeating begin to reveal themselves.
The stories you’ve been holding begin to shift.
This is not surface-level mindset work.
This is deep inner rewiring.
You begin to recognize where you’ve been abandoning yourself — and learn how to come back.
You learn how to communicate more clearly, not just with others, but within yourself.
You begin to set boundaries from a place of self-respect, not fear.
You begin to trust your voice, your intuition, and your own knowing.
This work does not force change.
It creates the space for it.
And in that space, something powerful happens —
you begin to embody the woman you have always known yourself to be.
You are no longer reacting from old patterns.
You are choosing from awareness.
You are no longer questioning your worth.
You are living from it.
This is the shift.
This journey is not only about what happens within —
it is also about how you move through the world around you.
The land, the water, the air…
all become part of the experience.
In the jungle, you will walk among ancient Mayan temples, including a powerful 143-foot structure that stands as a living reminder of those who came before us. As you step into this space, you are not just observing history — you are feeling it, connecting with it, and allowing it to speak to something deeper within you.
Just steps from where we stay, a private waterfall flows quietly through the land, offering a place for reflection, release, and stillness. The estate itself is expansive and alive, with winding trails that invite you to wander, explore, and move at your own pace. There is no rush here. You are encouraged to follow your own rhythm — to take a walk, to sit, to listen, to simply be.
This is your time to move in your own presence.
To trust your own flow.
And then, we meet the ocean.
On the island, we step into the Caribbean Sea — clear, warm, and full of life. During our private snorkeling excursion, you are invited to fully immerse yourself in the world beneath the surface, swimming alongside tropical fish, graceful stingrays, and the quiet magic of the ocean.
This is not a crowded tour.
This is our space.
We have cultivated a beautiful relationship with our captain and crew, allowing us to experience this journey privately, freely, and in full presence. This is a space where you are invited to feel comfortable in your body, to soften, to open — even to the point where tops are optional, if that feels aligned for you.
There is no pressure.
Only permission.
Throughout the retreat, both in the jungle and on the island, you will have access to private spaces where you can come and go as you please. Whether you are resting by the pool, walking the land, sitting by the water, or simply taking time alone, you are encouraged to honor what your body and spirit are asking for.
Everything here is an invitation.
And with that invitation comes awareness.
We are in a foreign country.
We are moving through sacred land.
You are asked to stay connected — to your body, your intuition, and your alignment with Creator. To move with presence, with respect, and with responsibility for yourself and your experience.
This is a space for freedom —
but also, for self-leadership.
Nature will meet you exactly where you are.
And if you allow it, it will show you exactly what you are ready to see.

On this island, expect the unexpected; it's a place of magic that heals past traumas we didn't even know we had. As we embark on this journey, we trust Mother Earth to guide us with her divine timing. The island is tropical, so be prepared for heat and the possibility of tropical showers. The culture here is enchanting, soothing parts of our souls. Embracing the 'go slow' motto allows us to tap into the magic within.
Here, we build relationships with like-minded souls, giving love and respect to the land. The land and we are interdependent. Bring your worries, anger, fears, stress, doubts, and regrets—offer them to the land. Mother Gaia can handle it; she knows how to process energy, filtering, recycling, and transmuting it into wind, fire, rain—into beauty. Our tears join the streams, becoming waves in the ocean. Here, allow yourself to feel deeply.

Healing Facilitator • Certified Jay Shetty Life Coach • Sound Healer
Somatic Practitioner • Spiritual Attunement Guide • Chef
Founder of Woman in the Mirror 143 & Self Love Anonymous
Pamela Guizar is the heart and guiding force behind Woman in the Mirror 143 & Self Love Anonymous—a sacred movement devoted to deep healing, embodied self-love, ancestral remembrance, and multidimensional transformation.
As a certified Jay Shetty Life Coach, sound healer, and drug & alcohol counselor, Pamela bridges the spiritual and the practical—holding space for both soul-level healing and grounded, real-world integration. Her work supports individuals in releasing emotional patterns, regulating the nervous system, restoring self-trust, and stepping fully into their highest, most aligned self.
Pamela specializes in deep-dive transformational work, integrating somatic healing practices, spiritual attunement, ancestral guidance, and embodied self-inquiry. Her sessions and retreats are designed to help people move beyond intellectual healing and into felt, lived transformation within the body, breath, and spirit. Through somatic practices, Pamela helps participants safely reconnect with their bodies, release stored trauma, soften survival responses, and restore a sense of safety, presence, and inner stability. This work honors the truth that healing does not happen only in the mind—it happens through the nervous system, the tissues, the breath, and the lived experience of the body.
Her spiritual attunement work focuses on realigning individuals with their energetic truth—supporting emotional clearing, intuitive awakening, energetic recalibration, and deeper connection to one's higher guidance. Pamela helps people return to their natural rhythm, clarity, and alignment when life, trauma, stress, or over-giving have pulled them out of balance.
Pamela's work is deeply rooted in ancestral honoring and Earth Mother devotion. She invites guidance from the ancestors as teachers, protectors, and wisdom-keepers—supporting participants in breaking generational cycles, reclaiming personal power, and remembering the strength carried in their lineage. Her healing approach honors the belief that we do not heal alone—we heal with the support of those who came before us, the land beneath us, and the unseen wisdom that walks with us.
In addition to her healing work, Pamela is a classically trained chef, having studied French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena. Her culinary artistry is an extension of her spiritual path—where the kitchen becomes ceremony, food becomes medicine, and nourishment becomes a sacred act of love.
With experience in multi-dimensional retreat kitchens, Pamela prepares meals that nourish the mind, body, and spirit, aligned with the Earth Mother, seasonal wisdom, and the energetic needs of each container. Every dish is created with intention, reverence, and energetic alignment—supporting healing, grounding, and embodied vitality.
Pamela is not here to fix you. She is here to walk beside you. To hold the mirror. To hold the body in safety. To hold the spirit in remembrance. And to remind you that the wisdom you seek already lives within you.
This work is sacred. This work is embodied. This work is ancestral. And this journey begins with choosing yourself.

Energy Healer • Photographer • Creative • Yogi
Shawna Rose is a radiant presence within this container — a creative, a healer, and a guide who brings softness, depth, and embodiment into every space she steps into.
As Pamela’s co-facilitator and a deeply trusted soul sister, Shawna holds a unique role within the retreat. This is their third year working together, and the connection they share creates a grounded, safe, and beautifully balanced container for every woman who enters.
Her presence invites you to soften.
To open.
To be seen — fully and without judgment.
Shawna’s approach to yoga is not about performance — it is about presence.
Her flows are intuitive, grounding, and deeply connected to the energy of the space. Whether in the jungle or by the sea, she guides you back into your body in a way that feels natural, supported, and accessible.
Through movement, breath, and awareness, you begin to reconnect with yourself — not as something to fix, but as something to feel.
Shawna’s journey began in front of the camera.
After high school, she stepped into modeling as a way to build confidence and become more comfortable within her own body. What began as personal healing and self-expression gradually evolved into a deeper calling — one that led her behind the lens.
Through photography, Shawna creates spaces where women can be seen in their truth.
Not posed.
Not forced.
Not performing.
But present.
Open.
Alive.
Her work is not about capturing an image —
it is about reflecting back the beauty, confidence, and authenticity that already exists within you. She finds immense joy in witnessing the moment a woman softens into herself — when the light turns on, when self-consciousness falls away, and when she remembers who she is.
Reiki became a natural extension of Shawna’s path.
After experiencing her own profound transformation through energy healing, she felt a deep and undeniable calling to become a practitioner herself. Her work now supports others in reconnecting with their bodies, calming the nervous system, and restoring energetic balance.
Through her presence, touch, and intention, Shawna creates a space where healing can unfold gently — without force, without pressure.
Just allowance.
Shawna’s work is rooted in helping others recognize their true selves — beyond the layers of insecurity, expectation, and self-doubt.
She invites you to see yourself clearly.
To appreciate the beauty of your soul.
To feel safe in your body.
And to remember that healing does not have to be hard —
it can be soft, creative, and deeply supported.
